[Exipure vs Puralean SUMMARY]

Based on our ingredient analysis, PuraLean is a better choice than Exipure. It contains more effective ingredients with more research behind them, so it’s more likely to get you results. That said, neither PuraLean nor Exipure are among the very best fat burners we’ve seen. They both use proprietary blends that hide important information about ingredient dosages, making us unable to assess their safety and effectiveness.

Exipure vs Puralean – The Overview

Exipure

Exipure is marketed as a tropical weight loss pill that can help your burn fat in a unique way. You see, there is something called brown fat (or brown adipose tissue BAT). BAT burns off fast and people who’re lean and with fast metabolisms tend to have higher amounts of BAT compared to overweight people who have more of the stubborn white adipose tissue (WAT).

Exipure claims to increase your BAT levels resulting in more efficient energy release by the body, which should not only produce better weight loss results, but also help you feel more energetic and focused in your daily life.

How well it works, and how it compares to PuraLean, we find out below.

Puralean

Puralean claims to contain a concentrated formula with antioxidants that help your body detoxify and lose weight.

It is produced in a cGMP- and FDA-approved factory and contains no GMO or other potentially harmful junk.

PuraLean comes with 30 capsules per bottle and the serving size is 1-2 capsules per day, depending on what kind of strength of its effects you want. It claims to promote your energy, heart health, and weight loss.

Sounds good, but how will PuraLean work for you when compared to Exipure?

Let’s look closer at their ingredients to find out.

Exipure vs Puralean – The Ingredients

Exipure

Exipure is a disappointing formula. The ingredients it uses are not only ineffective and unproven for weight loss for the most part, but their doses aren’t shown either. This means that even if the ingredients were good, we wouldn’t know if they were effectively and safely dosed.

Exipure ingredients

The only notable inclusions in Exipure are Holy Basil, White Korean Ginseng, and Quercetin. Together, these ingredients can help improve your mental function, reduce stress levels, and improve hormones which can indirectly contribute to weight loss and the more efficient burning of brown adipose tissue (BAT).

The rest of the ingredients may have an effect on your BAT, but as we’ve said, human studies are lacking to prove their effectiveness and safety.

Exipure is one of those formulas that looks exotic and interesting on the paper, but it fails to deliver when it comes to transparency and scientific evidence.

Puralean

PuraLean looks like a better formula than Exipure right off the bat. It’s far from the best, but at least it contains things like Cinnamon, Cayenne Pepper, Chromium, Gymnema Sylvestre, Guggul, and Zinc. Together, these ingredients should help to boost your metabolism and stabilize blood sugar levels, resulting in noticeable weight loss over time if combined with a controlled diet and regular exercise.

The rest of the ingredients in PuraLean are unlikely to have much of an effect.

While PuraLean is superior to Exipure when it comes to its ingredient choices, it’s far from perfect. PuraLean misses the mark too in the transparency department – not showing us how much of each ingredient is in the formula. For all we know, Puralean could be 99% juniper berry powder, which would make it useless for fat burning.

PuraLean also contains Alpha Lipoic Acid, which can be dangerous for many people and can lead to long-term side effects. This is due to ALA’s chelating effects on heavy metals – it should be avoided if you have silver amalgam fillings in your mouth.

Cost & Where to Buy?

PuraLean can be bought on its official website for $67 per bottle (15-30 servings depending on whether you take 1 or 2 capsules per day).

Exipure too can be purchased on its website for $59 per bottle (30 servings).

Our Verdict

Exipure and PuraLean are far from the best fat burners we’ve seen. This is due to the fact that both hide their ingredient dosages behind proprietary blends, which is a red flag.

While PuraLean is definitely a more effective fat burner and is more likely to get you results compared to Exipure, its price tag puts it among the market-leading fat burners, but its effectiveness is not on par with them.
