There are only 4 ingredients in the F-BRN Komplex formula. The good thing is that they’re all transparently shown on the label, so you can see their doses and how much you’re taking.

1. Green Tea Extract (300mg)
Thermogenic ingredient. Has very little caffeine and is virtually stim-free.
Green Tea extract helps to boost hormones like noradrenaline and adrenaline. These are stress hormones that put your body into a mode where it’s burning more calories and not conserving energy. This is obviously a good thing for weight loss. It’s nothing spectacular on its own, but combined with the right ingredients, green tea extract can pack a punch.
2. Garcinia Cambogia (126mg)
Helps control appetite. Potentially unsafe for long-term use, however.
Garcinia Cambogia contains something known as “HCA,” a type of acid that’s shown promise in accelerating fat burning within the body. In addition, Garcinia has been suggested to act on your brain’s serotonin receptors. This can make you feel less hungry as serotonin regulates appetite. Still, Garcinia is deemed as possibly unsafe by FDA, as stated on WebMD.
3. Caffeine (135mg + 30mg from Guarana)
Helps boost your energy and focus.
Caffeine is a central nervous system stimulant and is one of the most common ingredients in fat-burning supplements. It boosts metabolism, leading to increased calorie burn. Moreover, caffeine enhances athletic performance by increasing endurance, which may further contribute to calorie burn during workouts.
Comments on Dosage: 165mg of caffeine is a moderate dose – roughly equivalent to 1.5 cups of coffee. For those who are caffeine-sensitive, this might lead to jitters, insomnia, or a rapid heartbeat. Its fat-burning properties are more pronounced initially, but as the body builds a tolerance, these effects diminish. If someone is already consuming other sources of caffeine, this can quickly add up, making it not ideal for daily, long-term use.
4. L-Carnitine Tartrate (441mg)
This isn’t proven to aid weight loss.
Carnitine is a very popular and hyped up ingredient. There’s a common misconception that it can induce weight loss – it can’t, unless you’re deficient in it. It’s almost impossible to be deficient in carnitine however, as your body creates some of its own, and you also get some from food. Much better ingredients could be put in its place.
5. Citrus Aurantium Extract (111mg)
Potent stimulant.
Citrus Aurantium, also known as bitter orange, contains a compound called synephrine. Synephrine is a stimulant that can increase metabolism and fat oxidation. It’s touted as an alternative to ephedra, which was banned due to serious side effects.
Comments on Dosage: 111mg is on the higher end for a daily serving, especially given the aggressive nature of the stimulant. Given its similarities to ephedra, it may come with a risk of side effects like high blood pressure or cardiovascular issues. When combined with caffeine, the potential side effects could be amplified, making it a potentially risky combination for some people.
6. Pepper Extract (5.3mg)
Pepper extract, often derived from black pepper and containing the active compound piperine, enhances the bioavailability of other ingredients in a supplement. This means it helps the body absorb and utilize them more effectively.
Comments on Dosage: While 5.3mg is a standard dose for enhancing absorption, in this context — given the high stimulant content of the other ingredients — it might not be ideal. Making already potent stimulants even more effective can amplify potential side effects, making the overall supplement potentially more intense for the user.
Our Thoughts on the Ingredient Profile
It’s not quite what we expected from it. While it should give you a potent energy punch, one should wonder if it’s a healthy long-term formula.
In terms of weight loss, green tea and Garcinia should help both reduce your cravings and increase calorie burn at the same time. But a better appetite suppressant (and safer) than Garcinia is glucomannan or 5-HTP.
Other core ingredients that are missing from F-BRN Komplex include chromium, cayenne pepper extract, and B-complex vitamins.

I have purchased this product a few weeks ago. I took advantage of the offer, buying 2 for £50.
I started to take the pills 1 before every meal. I have combined them with a bellow 1300kcal per day diet and I do active cardio every day for at least an hour, strength 2 times a week. I needed the pills to help me lose some weight as I am 62kg for 155cm height. I took the pills for 3 weeks and saw no result. My appetite was not decreased and my weight only went down on the days I would have less than 1200kcal (which happens even if I don’t take the pills).
I have requested to return and get a refund. I have ordered the product from GetFit Shop UK, but the return address was not a UK address. It was a German one. To send them back would have cost me pretty much the same amount as the refund as the products need to be sent as a small parcel. This is really disappointing and not only that I don’t recommend the product, but I wouldn’t recommend the Get Fit Shop UK platform.

i have used them too, eat 1500 calories a day, i cycle 14 miles a day an run 3 times a week 7 miles, 3 times a week power training. But no result, not even 1 ounche. Sad

I trialled these pills, I’m two weeks in and I’ve seen no difference on the scales (a survey they did on their site said people lost up to 12 pounds within the first week….)

I’ve been using these for about three weeks now with an under 1000 kcal daily intake which includes no sugar and very low carbs. Personally I found my appetite a lot less when I started taking these. I’ve been consistently losing weight too but that may just be because I’ve dropped my calorie intake. Not gonna speak too soon until I’ve finished my first bottle of these, but I feel like they’re doing me good in terms of suppressing my appetite.

I ordered these tablets in November ! At the end of December i still hadn’t received them and sent them an e mail to complain. I also made sure I paid by pay pal to secure my decision if the company wasn’t legit.
Luckily for me pay pal refunded me within 1 day so I’m very pleased indeed that I haven’t wasted my money.

After seeing someone I know lose a load of weight in a short amount of time. She told me that she had been using these pills. Amazing, I thought! I’ve only taken two so far. The only thing I’ve lost is the £50 cost and it is appalling that you cannot get a refund. These have given me spots on my face, which I never had before and as soon as I stopped taking them, my skin cleared up. After eating really carefully for 6 weeks, I weighed myself and had put on 2 lbs.
