Here’s our F-BRN Komplex review, a weight loss pill available in the UK, Germany, Netherlands, and just about any other country in the world.
Priced at £59.00 per bottle, it promises to help you:
- Trigger fat burning processes
- Enhance the metabolism
- Support appetite regulation
Sounds good, but F-BRN Komplex only uses four ingredients, none of which are stimulants.
This inevitably begs the question: will it be powerful enough to help you lose weight? Additionally, how does it compare to the current market-leading fat burners for women, and other best fat burners in general?
Here are our thoughts.
We’ve found F-BRN Komplex to be somewhat of a disappointing product, considering the price and the marketing hype behind it.
The sellers of this fat burner, GetFit Fitness, completely prevent us from knowing how this product worked for other users as they delete all of the negative testimonials from their website.
As for the supplement itself, it’s missing cayenne pepper, chromium, and a lot of the ingredients that we so often see in other fat burners. Coupled with the inclusion of the risky Garcinia Cambogia, means F-BRN Komplex doesn’t score as high as it would.
- Green tea is good for focus and mood
- Decent option for people who’re caffeine intolerant
- Occasional discounts dropping the price from 59 pounds to 29 pounds per bottle
- Poor serving schedule (taken only once per day)
- Can potentially cause side effects
- Incomplete formula
- Questionable company reputation
How Does F-BRN Komplex Work?
F-BRN Komplex claims to offer multi-pronged approach to weight loss:
- Increases thermogenesis
- Suppresses appetite
- Reduces carbohydrate cravings
- Boosts fat utilization without using stimulants
For anyone wondering, the term ‘thermogenesis’ refers to a process of internal core body temperature rising. With it, the metabolic rate rises too as your body tries to keep itself cool.
Sounds good – but does it really work? Let’s dig deeper.
F-BRN Komplex: The Ingredients
1. Green Tea Extract (300mg)
Thermogenic ingredient. Has very little caffeine and is virtually stim-free.
Green Tea extract helps to boost hormones like noradrenaline and adrenaline. These are stress hormones that put your body into a mode where it’s burning more calories and not conserving energy. This is obviously a good thing for weight loss. It’s nothing spectacular on its own, but combined with the right ingredients, green tea extract can pack a punch.
2. Garcinia Cambogia (50mg)
Helps control appetite. Potentially unsafe for long-term use, however.
Garcinia Cambogia contains something known as “HCA,” a type of acid that’s shown promise in accelerating fat burning within the body. In addition, Garcinia has been suggested to act on your brain’s serotonin receptors. This can make you feel less hungry as serotonin regulates appetite. Still, Garcinia is deemed as possibly unsafe by FDA, as stated on WebMD.
3. Green Coffee Extract (200mg)
Helps ease digestion and might ‘block’ carbs from being absorbed.
Green Coffee Beans have very little to no caffeine in them. This is because they’re in their raw, unroasted state. However, what they do have is chlorogenic acid, which regulates your body’s ability to absorb certain macronutrients, such as carbohydrates. But while its effects sound good in theory, it leads to little actual weight loss.
4. L-Carnitine Tartrate (200mg)
This isn’t proven to aid weight loss.
Carnitine is a very popular and hyped up ingredient. There’s a common misconception that it can induce weight loss – it can’t, unless you’re deficient in it. It’s almost impossible to be deficient in carnitine however, as your body creates some of its own, and you also get some from food. Much better ingredients could be put in its place.
Our Thoughts on the Ingredient Profile
It’s not quite what we expected from it. While it’s a stim-free product, it lacks the ‘kick’ you’d get from a better fat burner. So no energy or mental focus benefits that many people are after.
In terms of weight loss, don’t expect too much from green tea and green coffee bean alone. The rest of the formula is either ineffective, or in the case of Garcinia, possibly even dangerous.
Better ingredients should be added in their stead:
- Cayenne Pepper
- B Vitamins
How to Take F-BRN Komplex
Using F-BRN Komplex is simple – 3 capsules daily with a full glass of water or another beverage of your choice.
There’s 90 capsules in total per bottle, meaning it will be enough to last you a month with this kind of serving size.
Still, it’s not ideal as the effects will be wearing off with only one daily dose. To maintain the fat burning benefits, 3 or 4 daily doses are a better option.
Does F-BRN Komplex Have Side Effects?
Garcinia Cambogia does. It’s an ingredient which works great for some, but for others, especially those with liver issues, it can cause side effects.
Therefore, some of the potential side effects of using F-BRN Komplex include:
Garcinia also interacts negatively with some medications, so before even considering trying it, make sure to talk to your doc about it!
Customer F-BRN Komplex Reviews
What do other customers say about F-BRN Komplex? Well, not much! Apart from a few other reviews on the internet, you’ll find testimonials mainly on the official GetFit Fitness website.
The problem is, the comments there are all super positive with 4 and 5 star ratings. Any negative comment gets deleted so you can’t get an accurate picture of what people really think about this fat burner.
As a side note, F-BRN Komplex isn’t available to buy on Amazon at this moment in time.
F-BRN Komplex Review Summary
We think this has room for improvement. F-BRN Komplex isn’t a bad product – for some people, its stim-free formula will actually work better than some caffeineted products, in terms of not causing jitters or energy crashes.
But when it comes to burning actual fat, this is where this fat burner fails to shine. Lacking a lot of the core essentials, along with using potentially risky Garcinia and costing up to 59 pounds when it’s not on sale, mean’s there’s better value for money elsewhere.
