F-BRN Komplex Review: In this review, we’ll see if F-BRN Komplex can give you more energy, boost the metabolic rate, curb food cravings, and generally make weight loss an easier process, among others!
At the moment, you can only get F-BRN Komplex on the GetFit Fitness website. The good news is, it ships to the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, and the rest of the world!
F-BRN Komplex will set you back by £29.00 when on discount, which is a fair price for most fat burners.
In terms of benefits, F-BRN Komplex is said to help you:
- Boost fat breakdown
- Increase the metabolic rate
- Suppress appetite & hunger
You may ask, what makes F-BRN Komplex different from the masses of fat burner pills out there? It can be really hard to find a product that works nowadays, not least because they’re so many options available – many of which are total garbage.
We set out to inspect F-BRN Komplex’s formula and test it for ourselves to see if the manufacturer’s claims hold up. Starting with a simple review summary!
F-BRN Komplex Simplified
So, what’s our opinion on F-BRN Komplex?
We’ve found it to be a decent product, but not quite as good as the marketing hype made it out to be.
To begin on a positive note, F-BRN Komplex is completely transparent so you know what, and how much, you’re putting in your body.
Fat burners that actually work all have a few things in common, and one of them are ingredients that are proven to burn fat or suppress appetite – including chromium, cayenne pepper, and Glucomannan. F-BRN Komplex doesn’t have any of these.
It is a really cheap fat burner, though, and you get 3 servings per day (1 capsules before each meal), so it’s not the worst product we’ve reviewed. But if you’re serious about weight loss, then we’d consider a more serious fat burner in this case!
- Green tea has catechins that will support your metabolism (study)
- Stim-free, great if you don’t like the caffeine kick
- The price is often on discount from £59 to £29 per bottle ($39.00 for American customers)
- Garcinia Cambogia is hard on the liver at the doses that are found in F-BRN Komplex (source)
- An incomplete formula that’s missing an appetite suppressant
- The manufacturer deletes negative comments off their website
- Mia, one of our team members, didn’t experience any effects (positive and negative) while on it.

How Does F-BRN Komplex Work?
F-BRN Komplex claims to offer multi-pronged approach to weight loss:
- Increases thermogenesis
- Suppresses appetite
- Reduces carbohydrate cravings
- Boosts fat utilization without using stimulants
If you’re curious, the term ‘thermogenesis’ involves a process where your core body temperature rises. This puts your metabolic rate into high gear as the body tries to keep itself cool. Ultimately, leading to a slight calorie loss over the course of the day.
Sounds good – but how accurate are the claims of F-BRN Komplex? Let’s check the ingredients to find out.
F-BRN Komplex: The Ingredients
There are only 4 ingredients in the F-BRN Komplex formula. The good thing is that they’re all transparently shown on the label, so you can see their doses and how much you’re taking.
Here’s a closer look:
1. Green Tea Extract (300mg)
Thermogenic ingredient. Has very little caffeine and is virtually stim-free.
Green Tea extract helps to boost hormones like noradrenaline and adrenaline. These are stress hormones that put your body into a mode where it’s burning more calories and not conserving energy. This is obviously a good thing for weight loss. It’s nothing spectacular on its own, but combined with the right ingredients, green tea extract can pack a punch.
2. Garcinia Cambogia (126mg)
Helps control appetite. Potentially unsafe for long-term use, however.
Garcinia Cambogia contains something known as “HCA,” a type of acid that’s shown promise in accelerating fat burning within the body. In addition, Garcinia has been suggested to act on your brain’s serotonin receptors. This can make you feel less hungry as serotonin regulates appetite. Still, Garcinia is deemed as possibly unsafe by FDA, as stated on WebMD.
3. Caffeine (135mg + 30mg from Guarana)
Helps boost your energy and focus.
Caffeine is a central nervous system stimulant and is one of the most common ingredients in fat-burning supplements. It boosts metabolism, leading to increased calorie burn. Moreover, caffeine enhances athletic performance by increasing endurance, which may further contribute to calorie burn during workouts.
Comments on Dosage: 165mg of caffeine is a moderate dose – roughly equivalent to 1.5 cups of coffee. For those who are caffeine-sensitive, this might lead to jitters, insomnia, or a rapid heartbeat. Its fat-burning properties are more pronounced initially, but as the body builds a tolerance, these effects diminish. If someone is already consuming other sources of caffeine, this can quickly add up, making it not ideal for daily, long-term use.
4. L-Carnitine Tartrate (441mg)
This isn’t proven to aid weight loss.
Carnitine is a very popular and hyped up ingredient. There’s a common misconception that it can induce weight loss – it can’t, unless you’re deficient in it. It’s almost impossible to be deficient in carnitine however, as your body creates some of its own, and you also get some from food. Much better ingredients could be put in its place.
5. Citrus Aurantium Extract (111mg)
Citrus Aurantium, also known as bitter orange, contains a compound called synephrine. Synephrine is a stimulant that can increase metabolism and fat oxidation. It’s touted as an alternative to ephedra, which was banned due to serious side effects.
Comments on Dosage: 111mg is on the higher end for a daily serving, especially given the aggressive nature of the stimulant. Given its similarities to ephedra, it may come with a risk of side effects like high blood pressure or cardiovascular issues. When combined with caffeine, the potential side effects could be amplified, making it a potentially risky combination for some people.
6. Pepper Extract (5.3mg)
Pepper extract, often derived from black pepper and containing the active compound piperine, enhances the bioavailability of other ingredients in a supplement. This means it helps the body absorb and utilize them more effectively.
Comments on Dosage: While 5.3mg is a standard dose for enhancing absorption, in this context — given the high stimulant content of the other ingredients — it might not be ideal. Making already potent stimulants even more effective can amplify potential side effects, making the overall supplement potentially more intense for the user.
Our Thoughts on the Ingredient Profile
It’s not quite what we expected from it. While it should give you a potent energy punch, one should wonder if it’s a healthy long-term formula.
In terms of weight loss, green tea and Garcinia should help both reduce your cravings and increase calorie burn at the same time. But a better appetite suppressant (and safer) than Garcinia is glucomannan or 5-HTP.
Other core ingredients that are missing from F-BRN Komplex include chromium, cayenne pepper extract, and B-complex vitamins.
How to Take F-BRN Komplex
Using F-BRN Komplex is simple – 3 capsules daily with a full glass of water or another beverage of your choice.
There’s 90 capsules in total per bottle, meaning it will be enough to last you a month with this kind of serving size.
Still, it’s not ideal as the effects will be wearing off with only one daily dose. To maintain the fat burning benefits, 3 or 4 daily doses are a better option.
Does F-BRN Komplex Have Side Effects?
Garcinia Cambogia may have. It’s an ingredient which works great for some, but for others, especially those with liver issues, it can cause side effects.
Therefore, some of the potential side effects of using F-BRN Komplex include:
Garcinia also interacts negatively with some medications, so before even considering trying it, make sure to talk to your doc about it!
Not to mention the combination of caffeine and bitter orange – the two can be dangerous for people with heart and blood pressure issues.
Customer F-BRN Komplex Reviews
What do other customers say about F-BRN Komplex? Well, not much! Apart from a few other reviews on the internet, you’ll find testimonials mainly on the official GetFit Fitness website.
The problem is, the comments there are all extremely positive with 4 and 5 star ratings. Negative comments are non-existent.
For those who’re curious, F-BRN Komplex isn’t officially available to buy on Amazon or Holland & Barret at this moment in time. As for the price, it costs 29 British Pounds but they sometimes run a deal where you can get 2 bottles for “only” 50GBP.
F-BRN Komplex also ships to the USA. For American customers, the price of F-BRN Komplex is $39.00.
F-BRN Komplex Review Summary
We think this has room for improvement. F-BRN Komplex isn’t a bad product – for some people, its stim-free formula will work better than some caffeinated products, in terms of not causing jitters or energy crashes.
But when it comes to direct fat burning, this is where F-BRN Komplex fails to shine. Not only is it missing proven core ingredients, it also uses potentially risky Garcinia and stimulants that make it unhealthy for daily use.
