The Pros and Cons of Inno Supps Night Shred (updated)

Inno Supps Night Shred Review

Here is our recently updated Inno Supps Night Shred review – also known as Inno Supps Night Shred natural sleep support and PM burner. In this review, we’ll see if Night Shred can enhance your fat burning during sleep and make you lose weight faster naturally.

At the moment, you can get Night Shred on Amazon as well as on its official website. The good news is, it ships worldwide, including to the UK, Australia, and Canada.

The cost of this fat burner is $35.99 per bottle (30 servings), which makes it slightly cheaper than the current market-leading fat burner supplements.

In terms of benefits, Night Shred says it will help you:

  • Increase fat breakdon
  • Enhance sleep duration and quality
  • Suppress nighttime cravings

You may ask, what separates Night Shred from the sea of fat burner pills out there? It can be extremely hard to find a supplement that works these days, not least because there are so many products available – many of which are a complete waste of money!

We set out to inspect Inno Supps Night Shred’s formula and test it for ourselves to see if the company’s claims hold up. If you’re in a hurry, here’s a quick summary.

Inno Supps Night Shred Review At a Glance

  • Magnesium oxide has poor absorption in the human body (source)
  • The price sometimes rises to $45.99-$64.99

Summary:

We’ve found Inno Supps Night Shred to be a decent supplement, but not quite as good as the marketing hype made it out to be.

What’s great about Night Shred is that it’s completely natural, and has a low risk of side effects. In our experience, Night Shred is also effective at promoting sleep.

Fat burners that actually work all have some things in common – one of them is ingredients that are proven to suppress appetite or burn fat from the body. These ingredients – cayenne pepper, Konjac Fiber, chromium – are all missing from Night Shred.

If you don’t mind the price, Night Shred could be a decent option for helping you get to sleep faster. But as far as fat burning and appetite reduction goes, we’d consider a more serious supplement in that case.

About Inno Supps Night Shred

Inno Supps Night Shred is, as the name suggests, designed to help you sleep better and also burn more fat throughout the night.

It uses several sleep-enhancing herbs and nutrients, as well as some compounds that the manufacturers claim will help you burn more fat for energy.

Sound too good to be true? Read on…

Out of all the PM fat burners we’ve reviewed, we’re yet to find one that works as well as marketed. The main issue with nighttime fat burners is that they typically only have a single serving. This leaves a big gap between the doses. By contrast, the best fat burners use 3-4 daily servings to keep your body in a fat-burning state for longer.

Inno Supps Night Shred also uses proprietary blends which prevent us from seeing the ingredient doses. There are several ineffective ingredients in the supplement, as well as a lack of the more common fat-burning ingredients like green tea and cayenne seed extract.

This begs the question; how will Inno Supps Night Shred work for you?

We take a closer look at its ingredient formula below.

How to Use Inno Supps Night Shred

The official instructions for Inno Supps Night Shred are to take 2 capsules 30 minutes before going to bed. You can take it with or without food.

Inno Supps Night Shred: The Ingredients

Here’s the ingredient label of Inno Supps Night Shred:

Inno Supps Night Shred Ingredients

In case some of that isn’t fully clear, below we’ll look closer at each ingredient.

Inno Supps Night Shred contains the following ingredients:

  • Night Time Recovery Complex (510mg), consisting of:
    • GABA (unknown dose)
    • Chamomile (unknown dose)
    • Passionflower (unknown dose)
    • Valerian (unknown dose)
  • Natural Adaptogen Compound – Ashwagandha (200mg)
  • PM Fat Burning Complex (76mg), consisting of:
    • Grains of Paradise (unknown dose)
    • CLA (unknown dose)
    • L-Carnitine (unknown dose)
  • Mood Enhancement Complex (35.5mg), consisting of:
    • 5-HTP (unknown dose)
    • L-Tryptophan (unknown dose)
  • Melatonin (3mg)

As you can see right off the bat, many of the ingredients don’t have their dosages shown on the label. Instead, they’re mixed together in “proprietary blends,” which only show you their combined amount.

This is one of the red flags we look for in fat burners. When you see a proprietary blend, it means you’re unable to precisely tell how effective or safe the ingredients are – because you don’t know their doses.

Manufacturers often use propreitary blends as an excuse to skimp on ingredient doses and to maximize profits.

Luckily, not all is hidden on the Inno Supps Night Shred label; some of the ingredients do have their doses shown, and a few of them are really good at improving sleep and reducing stress.

See for yourself:

GABA

GABA is a natural chemical made in your brain. It works to relax nerves and reduce anxiety.

However, the issue with GABA is that our brain likes to use its own GABA rather than GABA from external sources – e.g. supplements. Due to its large molecural structure, GABA can’t cross your blood-brain barrier easily, which means it has low bioavailability and effectiveness as a supplement.

If the goal is to increase GABA, a better option would be to take natural herbs and nutrients such as L-Theanine which are shown to boost the levels of this calming chemical directly in the brain.

Chamomile

Chamomile tea has long been used as a relaxant. It helps the body and the mind unwind. But, according to current evidence, chamomile powder supplements aren’t as effective as the real thing – chamomile tea.

Passionflower

Passionflower is commonly used as folk medicine for anxiety and insomnia. While there’s little research to support its use, it doesn’t cause adverse side effects in most people.

Valerian

Valerian is another commonly used ingredient in sleep supplements. Many people report that it helps them fall asleep. We don’t have much scientific evidence showing that valerian actually works for this purpose, but anecdotal reports are enough for us to say valerian is not a bad choice for a sleep supplement. The only issue here is that we don’t know its dosage, so we can’t tell if the dose is high enough to cause anything.

Ashwagandha

Ashwagandha is an Ayruvedic herbal medicine known to reduce cortisol and other stress parameters.

Commonly called “The Strength of the Horse” and “The Smell of the Horse,” Ashwagandha has gotten its nickname due to not only the distinctive smell of its roots but also because of its ability to increase a person’s strength, virility, and energy levels. While Ashwagandha definitely does have its place in certain supplements, it’s not the best choice for a sleep-focused fat burner due to the aforementioned effects.

Grains of Paradise

Grains of paradise is a spice related to ginger, and the first ingredient in the PM fat-burning blend of Inno Supps Night Shred. What does Grains of Paradise do? Some early evidence suggests it may help your body break down fat more efficiently.

That being said, the entire PM fat burning blend that Grains of Paradise is in weighs only 76mg. In other words, most of the ingredients in this blend, including Grains of Paradise, are likely underdosed.

CLA

CLA or Conjugated Linoleic Acid is a group of fatty acids thought to affect a system in your body called PPAR. This is what the theory says, at least, according to the science analysts at Examine. CLA’s effects on PPAR are too insignificant to cause any major change in body composition. Plus, it’s severely underdosed here – as we said, the entire Inno Supps Night Shred blend in which CLA is in weighs a mere 76mg.

L-Carnitine

L-Carnitine is another commonly seen fat burner ingredient. It helps your mitochondria use food for energy more efficiently. There are two issues with L-Carnitine that make it one of the worse ingredients to include in a fat burner:

  1. We already get it through animal products, so only vegans could benefit from supplementation
  2. Carnitine dosage required for any substantial benefit is in grams, meanwhile, the dosage in Inno Supps Night Shred could be as low as 1mg for all we know.

5-HTP

5-HTP is a great choice when it comes to mood enhancement. It’s required for your brain to make serotonin, a neurochemical linked to feelings of happiness and relaxation. Serotonin also turns to melatonin, so the added benefit of 5-HTP supplementation is that it may help improve your sleep.

L-Tryptophan

L-tryptophan is a amino acid we get from foods like turkey. It is converted in serotonin. As we already mentioned, serotonin is crucial for many functions of your body, sleep and mental well-being included.

Melatonin

Melatonin is our body’s primary sleep hormone. Not only does it help you fall asleep and stay asleep, but it also increases antioxidant activity and protects your brain cells from damage.

Our Thoughts on the Ingredient Profile

There are a lot of great sleep aids in Inno Supps Night Shred. True, we don’t know their doses, so it will be hard to tell how effective these ingredients will be at doing their job.

But the biggest letdown in regards to Inno Supps Night Shred is the “Shred” part. There’s nothing in this fat burner that will actually make you lose weight. None of its ingredients are proven to work – even if they were, the entire blend in which they’re mixed together weighs just 76mg.

A lot of proven fat burner ingredients are missing, including a thermogenic like cayenne pepper extract, green tea extract, chromium for blood sugar regulation, and something like Glucomannan to reduce cravings and appetite.

All in all, if your goal is to sleep better, this formula could help you; although again, we can’t guarantee that due to the lack fo transparency behind the dosages. But if you want to burn fat, then this one will probably leave you disappointed.

Customer Reviews

Inno Supps Night Shred is quite popular on Amazon, and there are also reviews on websites like Reddit. Numerous people have shared their experiences using Inno Supps Night Shred, including before and after photos and testimonials.

Here are some Inno Supps Night Shred reviews that caught our eye:

“I got this stuff and started taking it and it was helping with my sleep pretty well. However, I didn’t realize that taking it along with my anti-depressant medication could cause some serious heart problems so I quit taking it because it wasn’t worth the risk to me. Oh well.” – Amanda (Amazon Customer)

“Have only been taking for about 2 weeks, I have noticed better quality sleep..not waking up as much and falling back to sleep quickly…..not sure about weight loss, I do follow my macros strictly, but have noticed I feel leaner when waking so, maybe…..can’t wait to see what comes to next few weeks…” – Kathleen (Amazon Customer)

“Sleepwise the stuff works, but fat burning wise after a month of using it there was no change. Besides being shortened 1 pill and overpriced I doubt I’ll rebuy.” – Jon (Amazon Customer)

Side Effects – Is Inno Supps Night Shred Safe?

Inno Supps Night Shred doesn’t contain any stimulants, so the risk of adverse side effects is low. The ingredients in Night Seed are commonly used for sleep aid and aren’t known to cause negative reactions in healthy people.

That said, we can’t see some of the ingredient doses of Inno Supps Night Shred, which makes it difficult to say whether some of the ingredients were overserved. If they are, it may lead to diarrhea or nausea.

If you aren’t sure whether to take this supplement or not, or if you have a condition, be sure to talk to your doctor before using it.

Price

Looking to buy Inno Supps Night Shred? You’ll be set back by $44.99 for one bottle, which will yield you 30 servings. This puts it in a similar price bracket as some of the current leading fat burners on the market. But it doesn’t quite keep up with them in terms of effectiveness in the fat-burning department.

If you’re wondering where to buy Inno Supps Night Shred, it’s available on Amazon and GNC, and ships to the UK, Australia (AU), Canada, NZ, Singapore, and Malaysia.

There are no discount codes for Inno Supps Night Shred at the moment. However, Night Shred has deals like “buy 1 get 2 free”. You also get a free sleep guide that the manufacturers say is worth $39.99 in value.

Inno Supps Night Shred Review Summary

Does Inno Supps Night Shred work? It’s going to sound like a politician’s answer, but it’s yes and no.

Inno Supps Night Shred does work for sleep, and it may also help you with anxiety and stress thanks to Ashwagandha.

As far as fat burning goes, though, Inno Supps Night Shred fails to deliver. It’s missing core ingredients that would make it more effective, and it uses proprietary blends to mask ingredient doses, which could indicate that some of the ingredients are underdosed and ineffective.

For the price of $44.99, Night Shred has been a bit of a letdown. If you want better sleep, you can get good quality melatonin and magnesium supplement for a lower price. As for fat burning, it’s best to do more research to find more effective products.

  1. The shred part might mean you lose weight – that taking night shred causes me to have to spend a lot of the next day(s) on the toilet. Not to be gross but just factual after taking 2 Night shreds three days in a row and eating normally, I then took the biggest dump ever and then weighed 3 pounds less. When I went off night shred I went back to having normal days and as soon as I took even one night shred I find myself on the toilet a lot. So, if fat burning means weigh less they have done their job but it is unpleasant.

  2. It’s ok it certainly puts me to sleep but leaves me feeling groggy the next day. I don’t think its going to make me lose any weight so that part about it being a fat burner doesn’t seem true for me personally. I don’t think I’ll buy it again it’s far too expensive.

  3. When I recieved my order(I live in Canada) I had to pay an extra $35.00 in duty.
I am looking forward to Amazon selling this product.

  4. You guys should watch the episode of joe Rogan where he had an endocrinologist on and talked specifically to how bad high does of melatonin are to the hormones in ALL animals. As in shuts them off.
3mg of melatonin is 100x higher than our body’s can produce.,so 3mg is yes an extreme excess. It sure sounds like melatonin can undo everything your doing in the gym, and paying ridiculous prices for from some of these companies.
