I don’t think its going to make me lose any weight so that part about it being a fat burner doesn’t seem true for me personally. I don’t think I’ll buy it again it’s far too expensive.

Not to be gross but just factual after taking 2 Night shreds three days in a row and eating normally, I then took the biggest dump ever and then weighed 3 pounds less. When I went off night shred I went back to having normal days and as soon as I took even one night shred I find myself on the toilet a lot. So, if fat burning means weigh less they have done their job but it is unpleasant.
