Shredabull Untamed 2.0 Simplified

  • Natural ingredient formula with Yohimbine, 2-aminoisophetane, and other stimulants which will boost your energy levels and calorie expenditure
  • However, Yohimbe is banned in the UK, Canada and Australia due to its aggressive effects
  • Combining Yohimbe with caffeine and other stimulants in Shredabull can lead to adverse reactions
  • 1 capsule per day isn’t enough to maintain optimal effects 24/7
  • Missing Glucomannan (natural appetite suppressant) and a few other core ingredients
  • Although we experienced a strong energy boost, Shredabull Untamed lacks in the fat-burning department compared to other options on the market.

How Does Shredabull Work?

AD Shredabull Untamed uses ingredients that are known for activating a so-called ‘thermogenesis’ process. This involves a rise in your body’s core temperature where the metabolism has to work harder in order for the body to cool itself down.

In addition, Shredabull claims to suppress appetite with some of its stimulants (e.g. caffeine). While caffeine does suppress appetite to an extent, it’s not the most effective natural option. A better choice is Glucomannan (aka, Konjac Root), a fiber that swells in your stomach upon ingestion, making you feel fuller.

Another common question is how long does Shredabull last? The answer is, not very long. Since you’ll be taking only 1 capsule per day, the effects between the doses will wear off and so you won’t be in a continual ‘fat-burning mode’. It’s better to use a product with 3-4 daily servings to ensure you’re constantly being topped up with beneficial ingredients.

Is Shredabull Legal?

Yes, Shredabull is legal in most countries. However, one of its ingredients, Yohimbe, is banned in the UK, Canada, and Australia due to its harsh effects.

Yohimbe has been linked with a wide variety of health effects which we’ll discuss further in the side effects section.

Shredabull Untamed: The Ingredients

Shredabull contains the following active ingredients:

  • Niacin (10mg)
  • Vitamin B6 (5mg)
  • Neurostim Proprietary Blend (545mg)
  • Incinerate Thermo Complex Proprietary Blend (135mg)
  • Thyrocharge Complex (45mg)
  • Bioperine Black Pepper Extract (5mg)

As you’ve probably noticed, Shredabull Untamed contains two proprietary blends. These are mixtures of ingredients that are shown on the label as a single dose. You can’t see the doses of individual ingredients in these blends.

Why is this an issue? Because, we don’t have a cluse whether we’re getting enough of certain ingredients, or perhaps too much.

The ingredients themselves look decent. They should give you more energy and increase caloric expenditure. The only real concerns are Yohimbine and 2-aminoisoheptane, which we’ll explain in more detail now.

See for yourself:

1. Niacin

Niacin keeps finding its way into fat burner supplements, despite science showing it makes it harder to lose weight when you supplement it.

B3 is known to aggravate insulin resistance, a condition where your body has high blood sugar levels and starts storing more and more fat, while being unable to get rid of the existing body fat tissue.

There’s no real reason to supplement this vitamin as plenty of foods already have it. The only known benefit is improved cholesterol levels. Then again, there are plenty of healthier ways to achieve that.

2. Vitamin B6

Vitamin B6, unlike its cousin B3, doesn’t give you insulin resistance. It actually has a number of small benefits for our body and can be beneficial if you’re a vegan.

It plays a role in homocysteine metabolism, a nasty chemical that can cause plaque to build up within your artery walls. While this doesn’t have much to do with weight loss, it’s a good general health ingredient.

3. Neurostim Blend

This is the first of the three proprietary blends in AD Shredabull Untamed. It’s designed to boost your mental performance so you can stick to your weight loss goals. It contains the following ingredients in unknown amounts:

  • Caffeine Anhydrous – a well known stimulant that can increase your focus and energy. You don’t want to take too much of it though, as there’s a thin line between reaping its benefits and suffering from its adverse side effects. Again, we have no idea how much of it is in Shredabull. It could be as much as 494mg, a dose that is potentially hazardous.
  • 2-aminoisoheptane – This is a chemical similar to the unsafe stimulant DMAA. Its aggressive properties aren’t to be messed with, let alone combining it with other stimulants like caffeine. The worst part is, we don’t even know how much of it there is in this fat burner.
  • N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine – Tyrosine is an amino acid that your brain uses to make dopamine and other neurotransmitters. It helps you stay mentally sharp under stress.

4. Incinerate Thermo Complex

This is the second of the three proprietary blends, and the main fat burning blend in Shredabull. Its ingredients include:

  • White Willow Bark Extract – We don’t currently rate this ingredient as one of the very best ones for fat loss. It’s generally not being used in the top fat burners because it lacks evidence that proves it works.
  • Higenamine Hydrochloride – This is a chemical found in some plants. It’s suggested to boost athletic performance. However, it’s on the WADA banned list. It also doesn’t help you burn fat.
  • Cayenne Extract – Now, this is an ingredient definitely worth mentioning. Cayenne is especially effective at triggering thermogenesis, a reaction of your body to an increase in core temperature leading to faster caloric expenditure. It’s sad we can’t see its dose in Shredabull and are thus unable to assess its effectiveness.
  • GBB (gamma butyrobetaine ethyl ester hydrochloride) – GBB is sometimes used in fat burner supplements, even though it doesn’t have much evidence going for it. It’s a mediocre ingredient at best.
  • Yohimbe – Yohimbe is a dangerous stimulant banned in countries like Canada and the UK. It can aggravate your heart health and cause a slew of issues, so we recommend staying away from it.

5. Thyrocharge Complex

This is the third and final proprietary blend of AD Shredabull Untamed. It’s designed, as the name suggests, to support your thyroid function. It consists of these ingredients:

  • Bovine Thyroid – This is essentially a thyroid gland of an animal, extracted and dried into a powder. Some studies show it might help support your thyroid function. This can actually be beneficial for weight loss as thyroid heavily influences our metabolism.
  • Guggul Lipid PE Extract – This comes from the Guggul tree. Its active compounds, Guggulsterones, have been studied for their purported ability to elevate thyroid function. However, the results are lackluster according to Examine.

6. BioPerine Black Pepper Extract

BioPerine is a patented, branded form of black pepper extract.

It contains the active compound piperine which, while doesn’t burn fat, helps your body absorb other ingredients better.

While this would be a good thing in many cases, it’s not in this one – stimulants like Yohimbine and caffeine don’t need potentiating!

Our Thoughts on the Ingredient Profile

AD Shredabull Untamed has no appetite suppressants (e.g. Glucomannan), it’s using a number of dangerous ingredients that should be replaced with something safer and more effective, such as green tea extract and GTF-chromium.

Therefore, we cannot rate it as one of the best fat-burning formulas around. You can see what we rate as ‘the best’ by clicking on the link below.

How to Take AD Shredabull Untamed

Each bottle of Project AD Shredabull Untamed contains 50 caps. The dosage directions are to take 1 capsule per day. You can take it with or without a meal.

Some users wonder when is the best time to take Shredabull Untamed. The answer is – in the morning. Stimulants such as Yohimbine shouldn’t be taken too late as they elevate your blood pressure and heart rate, and also cause insomnia for most people.

Does AD Shredabull Untamed Have Side Effects?

Is Shredabull Untamed a dangerous fat burner?

It depends on whether you can tolerate it or not. Some people can’t. There are too many stimulants in AD Shredabull Untamed that have either been shown as unsafe in the doses that Shredabull is using, or are outright banned in some places!

Combining yohimbine and caffeine can lead to serious issues. Add to that other stimulants in this product and you have a recipe for disaster.

Potential side effects of AD Shredabull Untamed include:

  • Heart palpitations
  • Insomnia
  • Elevated blood pressure
  • Nausea
  • Headaches
  • Sweating
  • Panic episodes

How Long Does Shredabull Take to Work?

Shredabull starts working relatively quickly, within 30-45 minutes of ingestion.

This is due to the stimulants which have potent short-lasting effects, though they’re often accompanied by the infamous crash a few hours later.

Where to Buy AD Shredabull Untamed?

AD Shredabull Untamed can be bought on a number of websites online, however, it’s not currently officially available on Amazon. We’ve seen a few batches of Shredabull available on eBay, though.

Shredabull ships worldwide. You can buy it in the UK, USA, Australia and the rest of the world.

Now onto the real bummer – the price.

As it costs $48.99 per bottle, and doesn’t offer much in terms of benefits, AND is potentially unsafe, we think it’s not the best value for money overall, and should be avoided unless you’re highly experienced with these types of fat burners.

Project AD Shredabull Untamed Review Conclusion

Shredabull Untamed didn’t work as we expected it to. It contains two decent ingredients – cayenne pepper and caffeine – but even these don’t have their dosages shown on the label so we don’t know if they’re effective.

The rest of the formula is completely unsafe with too many stimulants in it, along with a few pointless ingredients that should be replaced with something that will actually help you burn fat or suppress appetite (or both!).

Shredabull 2.0 Review – is it Any Better?

Here’s our quick Shredabull Untamed 2.0 review. You may wonder, is it better than the original?

Has Project Ad fixed some of the mistakes of the original formula – e.g. did they remove the aggressive stimulants and added an appetite suppressant?

The answer is no, and no. Shredabull Untamed 2.0 continues to use the aggressive Yohimbine along with a few other stimulants. One stimulant alone shouldn’t be a reason for concern but combining them is definitely not a good idea!

In addition, Shredabull 2.0 is also missing Glucomannan or another appetite suppressant to help fight food cravings.

One positive thing they’ve added is Bovine Thyroid and Guggul Extract to help with thyroid function. As thyroid controls our metabolism, this can be hugely influential on the results you see in the mirror.

The formula is tainted by a proprietary blend though, which is something we expected to see thrown out of the new formula and replaced with a transparent label – a label where you can see the ingredient doses clearly.

The price remains the same – $48.99 for a month’s supply – and unfortunately so does the offering from Project AD.
