When we say that Tejocote Root starts working in 60-120 minutes, we are talking about its diuretic and laxative effects specifically. As we’ve repeated, there is no peer-reviewed, solid data that shows Tejocote Root works for weight loss, no matter how long you take it.
However, this doesn’t mean you should take Tejocote Root continually for months, or years! It is recommended to take Tejocote Root for no more than 90 consecutive days, after which it is recommended to take a lengthy break.
