OUR REVIEW: Sculpt Nation Burn Evolved 2.0 – Does it Work? (UPDATED)

The new Sculpt Nation Burn Evolved 2.0 review - updated with the new formula information

Here’s our Sculpt Nation Burn Evolved 2.0 review, updated with the latest information regarding the new version of Sculpt Nation Burn Evolved’s 2.0 formula (February 2023).

Costing $49 per bottle (one-month supply), the new Sculpt Nation Burn Evolved 2.0 reportedly helps you lose pounds in 4 main ways:

  • Enhance the body’s ability to break down fat
  • Increase energy levels
  • Boost the metabolic efficiency
  • Curb food cravings

Let’s get down to brass tacks with a quick review summary, after which you can read our full report at your leisure.

Sculpt Nation Burn Evolved Review At a Glance:

Sculpt Nation Burn’s original formula had two problems that made us hesitant to recommend it. One, it was missing several key ingredients, so it wasn’t as effective as we hoped. Secondly, it combined the banned stimulant Yohimbine with the aggressive Rauwolscine and caffeine.

Luckily, many of these issues have been fixed in the new Sculpt Nation Burn Evolved’s 2.0 formula.

Burn Evolved 2.0 has replaced its risky stimulants with better compounds like Evodiamine, Gymnema Sylvestre, and chromium, which, together, can help promote fat loss in the body and the reduction of food cravings.

But not everything is perfect. Because they added many new ingredients, some had to be eliminated from Burn Evolved to have enough capsule space for everything. As a result, Burn Evolved 2.0 has completely omitted green tea extract (EGCG), weakening its fat-burning effects.

Pros

  • 60 capsules per bottle.
  • Contains natural ingredients.
  • Caffeine will give you an energy kick.
  • Cayenne Pepper will help you burn a few extra calories per day.

Cons

  • Caffeine dosage could be a bit higher or the lack of willpower, despite the marketing claims.
  • Missing some core ingredients – Konjac Root for appetite suppression and green tea extract for burning fat,
  • Only a single serving per day, compared to other fat burners which use 3-4 daily servings to produce longer-lasting effects,

What is Sculpt Nation Burn?

Sculpt Nation Burn Evolved is a “natural fat burner supplement blend” that helps you:

  • Burn fat
  • Increase energy levels
  • Suppress your appetite

Since it’s a thermogenic supplement, it’s designed to make your metabolism more active, which in turn boosts your total calories burned.

The idea behind thermogenic supplements is that they raise your core body temperature. As your body tries to regulate its temperature, it burns more energy which leads to more significant fat loss.

But how will Sculpt Nation Burn Evolved work for you? Read on as we inspect its ingredients to see what they can (and can’t) do!

Sculpt Nation Burn Ingredients and Nutrition Facts

It is important to know that Sculpt Nation Burn Evolved’s formula has changed significantly since its first release. They beefed up the original Sculpt Nation’s formula with 4 additional ingredients. Here, we’ll provide you with all the latest information about the supplement.

Sculpt Nation Burn Evolved 2.0 doesn’t have any calories, which is why there are no nutrition facts listed on the label.

In terms of ingredients, Burn Evolved contains a blend of herbal extracts, seeds, and a few nutrients. Some of these are shown to help your body use more fat as fuel, along with boosting your overall calorie consumption.

Do these benefits come at a cost, though? Not anymore! Initially, people at Sculpt Nation decided to include a variety of stimulants in the original “Burn,” and later “Burn Evolved”. Some of these included Yohimbine which is banned in several countries due to health reasons, along with Rauwolfscine which is potentially even more aggressive. Combined with caffeine, these ingredients could easily cause side effects in some users.

Luckily, Sculpt Nation has listened to customer feedback and expert reviews. The new Burn Evolved 2.0 formula has replaced its potentially unsafe ingredients with healthier weight-loss compounds, such as:

  • Coleus Forskohlii
  • Chromium
  • Evodiamine
  • Gymnema Leaf Extract

What’s more, many of the ingredients in Burn Evolved 2.0 are now patented which raises our quality score for Burn Evolved.

While there are still some issues with Burn Evolved’s 2.0 formula, such as the usage of some unproven ingredients, it’s now much closer to our top fat burner contenders than its previous iteration.

See for yourself:

1. Chromium Picolinate (600mcg)

Chromium is a trace mineral that helps your body regulate its blood sugar levels and improve insulin sensitivity. In other words, chromium can help you reduce weight gain, even though it’s not effective for burning fat.

Chromium is found in some foods such as onions, raisins, apples, and others. As such, supplementation won’t provide much benefit if you’re already eating a varied diet.

But it doesn’t hurt to supplement it from time to time. The 600mcg that is in Burn Evolved 2.0 is within the safe limits according to the available evidence.

2. Cayenne Fruit Extract (50mg)

Cayenne pepper, or chili pepper, is a great thermogenic ingredient. It makes your body more efficient at utilizing fat for energy, which leads to calorie burn.

Although not a massive effect (burning a few extra calories per hour), it does add up over time.

Sadly, Burn Evolved 2.0 has halved its cayene pepper content from 100mg per serving in the previous formula to 50mg per serving. Yes, it does come in the form of patented cayenne pepper extract Capsimax, but it’s still a bit low compared to other fat burners.

3. Caffeine (100mg)

Caffeine triggers your stress hormones such as noradrenaline and adrenaline. [3] This puts your body in a stressed state where it’s burning more calories for energy and heat.

Coupled with green tea in Sculpt Nation Burn, 100mg per serving is plenty and there’s no need for any extra stimulants to be added here, in order to avoid negative side effects.

4. Grains of Paradise Seed Extract (40mg)

This one is a letdown. You might have seen claims that Grains of Paradise Seeds can help you lose more weight. There are a few studies showing it may increase your calorie expenditure, but these are few and far between. [4]

A proven appetite suppressant like Glucomannan Fiber is a better choice. Cravings can ruin even the most perfect diet if you can’t maintain it.

5. Gymnema Sylvestre (300mg)

Gymnema Sylvestre is a plant known for reducing sugar cravings, improving your insulin levels, and helping keep your blood sugar levels within a healthy range. The main way Gymnema Sylvestre works is by making sweet foods taste less sweet, which helps you control your appetite for sugary foods.

300mg is a solid dose, too!

6. L-Theanine (100mg)

We love this one. L-theanine is a new addition to Sculpt Nation Burn Evolved 2.0. It is a herbal compound that helps your body relax and reduce mental chatter. [2] It does this by increasing alpha brain waves, along with promoting neurochemical GABA which your brain usually releases when it’s time to go to sleep.

The great thing about l-theanine is that it smoothens the effects of caffeine in Sculpt Nation Burn Evolved 2.0, so you’re less likely to get the jitters and other side effects from the stimulant.

7. Evodiamine (20mg)

Evodiamine is a chemical found in the fruit of the evodia rutaecarpa plant, also known as the “Wu-Chu-Yu” tree. It has been used for centuries in traditional Chinese medicine to treat a variety of things ranging from abdominal pain, diarrhea, to fever.

Studies show us that Evodiamine has potential health benefits such as reducing inflammation and providing antioxidants to your body. It may also help reduce fat absorption and aid digestion. However, it’s not clear if Evodiamine is as good for weight loss as some of the more researched compounds (e.g. green tea). [1]

8. Alpinia Galanga Root Extract

This is one of those “unproven” ingredients in Burn Evolved. Alpinia Galanga is a plant belonging to the ginger family. Its roots have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects, and it might be a good digestive aid. But as far as fat burning goes, there are far better ingredients to be included in its stead.

9. Coleus Forskohlii Root Extract

Coleus Forskohlii is a perennial herb that has been used for centuries in traditional medicines. You might have already heard of it as it’s quite popular and weight loss supplements.

Some of the Coleus Forskohlii’s benefits include weight loss, improved heart health, and increased energy levels.

Forskolin, the active ingredient in Coleus Forskohlii, has been studied for its ability to reduce body fat and improve metabolism, as well as regulate blood sugar levels and lower blood pressure. Additionally, it might help increase testosterone levels in men and reduce inflammation. As such, Coleus Forskohlii can be an effective tool for weight loss and overall health maintenance – and we’re happy to see it added to the new Burn Evolved 2.0 formula.

Our Thoughts on the Ingredient Profile

The ingredients in Sculpt Nation Burn are more than decent.

Overall, the formula is effective for weight loss in our eyes. It should give you a slight energy kick thanks to caffeine.

There’s still room for improvement, though.

The omission of green tea extract means the fat burning effects aren’t going to be the same as they were in the old formulation.

Additionally, the lack of other core ingredients such as glucomannan means its not as competitive in the appetite suppression department.

How to Take Sculpt Nation Burn Evolved 2.0

Sculpt Nation Burn dosage directions are 2 capsules with your meal, once per day.

Ideally, the best fat burner should be taken 3 or 4 times per day. This will keep the beneficial ingredients in your system for longer. But in Burn Evolved’s case, lower dosage frequency is probably for the better!

Does Sculpt Nation Burn Evolved Have Side Effects?

Yes, Sculpt Nation Burn could potentially increase the risk of side effects. People sensitive to caffeine should stay away from Burn Evolved 2.0 as it can lead to:

  • Heart palpitations
  • Elevated blood pressure
  • Insomnia
  • Nausea
  • Headaches

Keep in mind that most people won’t have any major side effects from Burn Evolved. The aforementioned side effects are only typically seen in individuals who can’t tolerate stimulants, even in lower dosages.

Make sure you speak with your doctor if you have any concerns about Sculpt Nation Burn’s ingredients.

Sculpt Nation Burn Evolved Reviews – What Others Say

Quin Candy Customer Reviews

So, what do other customer reviews tell us about Sculpt Nation Burn? There are some video testimonials on Youtube, as well as written Sculpt Nation Burn reports on Reddit, many of which are bashing the company’s marketing tactics.

Since Sculpt Nation Burn only sells on the official website, it can be hard to find a legit customer review. You can’t go on Amazon for example and check for reviews there, as there aren’t any.

In our opinion, it’s best to do your own diligent research. Look at the scientific studies behind the product’s ingredients. Do they support the manufacturer’s claims? This will tell you for a fact whether the formula works or not, and most importantly if it meets your safety criteria.

Before and After Results

Sculpt Nation Burn’s before and after photos, much like other user reviews, are questionable as you can’t really tell whether they’re paid ads. These mostly come from Sculpt Nation’s website which is obviously heavily moderated.

So what to think of Sculpt Nation Burn Evolved? It is a decent supplement that should give you a boost in energy levels thanks to caffeine, but it’s missing several important ingredients that would make it more effective at curbing appetite.

Where to Buy?

As we’ve repeated, you can only buy Sculpt Nation Burn Evolved 2.0 from the official website at the moment. It sells worldwide, including to the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia.

Sculpt Nation Burn’s price is $49 for a month’s supply (60 capsules).

In terms of coupons, discount codes, and promo codes, Sculpt Nation Burn doesn’t offer any. That said, you can save money when buying in bulk.

Warning: we’ve seen some customers complain about how they couldn’t get any replies from Sculpt Nation’s Customer department – you could even see a few people claiming Sculpt Nation isn’t legit.

Sculpt Nation Burn Evolved Review Summary

So that concludes our Sculpt Nation Burn Evolved review. Is this fat burner legit? It is legit, but it’s also not the very best weight loss pill we’ve seen.

It’s got three great ingredients – caffeine, cayenne pepper, and Coleus Forskohlii – but these are tainted by the inclusion of unproven fat loss compounds like Alpinia Galanga and the omission of green tea extract.

Burn Evolved 2.0 is also still missing an appetite suppressant, so you’ll have a harder time controlling cravings if these are usually a problem for you.

  2. I just stated taking this 5 days ago. i Work out am in great shape. But, have gained 3 lbs and am severely bloated with this and you pm night pill. Why?
It doesn’t suppress appetite at all!

  3. Okay so I’ve been a customer with sculptnation for years. I’ve had the regular burn evolved, the updated one with apple cider vinegar, and now they just up and send me this new stuff without even informing me of any new ingredients. My immune system was doing so well on the last stuff, now I taken maybe 4 and my whole body just shut down. Took about 3 complaints for them to even answer me and tell me they can have me send the bottle back or give me 25% off another bottle of the same exact ingredients?! That is nonsense. They just lost a loyal customer, so here I am waiting to see my doctor and why I’m so sick with massive headaches, body chills and aches. Someone could get hurt not telling their customers the whole entire bottle changed with different ingredients. Like WOW. Oh but now they changed the website to the new stuff after they sent it out to customers. It blows my mind and hope whatever reaction I have can be treated. I don’t see them paying my doctor bill. So unprofessional. What’s even more messed up is I referred burn evolved to numerous people, now I have to tell them what just happened. Most of them I work with so they already know how sick I am.
