Phenocal vs Exipure: which one will give you more energy, help you burn body fat faster, and feel healthier overall? Our team analyzes their ingredients to determine their benefits, side effects, value for money, and more!
Here’s a short summary if you don’t want to read through our report.
Phenocal vs Exipure Summary
Both Phenocal and Exipure disappointed us in terms of safety and efficacy for weight loss. If we had to choose between these two, we’d go with Phenocal, simply because it provides information on some of the ingredient doses, but because it uses a proprietary blend, we think something shady is going on.
The manufacturer here deprives you of very important information, leaving you with no clue how safe and effective ingredients in a proprietary blend are.
Exipure looks even more sketchy. There is no information on the ingredient doses, and we haven’t been able to find an ingredient label at all on their website.
If you’re committed to losing weight, we recommend searching for better and safer alternatives on the market.
What do we recommend?
Phenocal vs Exipure – The Overview
Phenocal is a dietary supplement by the company Pharmaxa Labs. It comes in a form of capsules, with 90 capsules per container, enough to provide you with a one-month supply.
Phenocal is claimed to help you with:
- Healthy weight management
- Increased energy levels
- Appetite and curbs suppression
- Burning fat
- Healthy insulin levels
- Metabolism boost
But, does it really work? Is Phenocal better than its competitor? We’re about to find out in our ingredients section.
Exipure is a new stimulant-free weight loss supplement to hit the market. It is claimed to provide an energy boost, help you burn fat, lose weight, and more. You know, it’s your standard claims and promises. There are 30 capsules included per container.
Apart from a few pictures and blocks of text, there are not many details provided about Exipure’s formula on their official website. That said, let’s investigate further.
Phenocal vs Exipure- The Ingredients
Each serving of Phenocal (3 capsules) provides you with the following nutrients:
- Vitamin D – 25mcg
- Thiamine – 10mg
- Riboflavin – 5mg
- Niacin – 25mg
- Vitamin B6 – 6mg
- Folate – 83.3mcg
- Vitamin B12 – 50mcg
- Biotin – 50mcg
- Pantothenic Acid – 10mg
- Chromium – 100mcg
- A proprietary blend – 2.23g (consists of: Green Tea Leaf Powder, Umbrella arum Root Powder, L-Tyrosine, Chocolate Bean Extract, Green Tea Leaf Extract, L-Tryptophan, Mate Leaf Extract, Coleus forksholii Root Extract, CLA, Evodiamine, 5-Hydroxytryptophan, B-Phenylethylamine HCL)
- Fucoxanthin – 10mg
- BioPerine Black Pepper Fruit Extract – 2.5mg
As you can see, Phenocal delivers many essential nutrients and vitamins for the proper function of the immune system, most of them being well dosed.
Unfortunately, it uses a proprietary blend, leaving you with no clue about the particular ingredient doses in the blend. You can only see the combined doses of all the ingredients inside.
Fucoxanthin, Chromium, and BioPerine are only three ingredients with known doses provided, among vitamins.
Black Pepper Extract is a good choice in a weight loss supplement because it helps with the absorption of other nutrients in the formula.
We can see that the proprietary blend contains some potent ingredients for weight loss, such as green tea extract, which has been proven by studies to be quite effective.
Another great ingredient for losing weight is chromium. Chromium is a mineral that can regulate glucose metabolism and insulin sensitivity, according to Examine.
Unfortunately, most of the key ingredients for weight loss are put in a proprietary blend. Additionally, some of the nutrients such as cayenne pepper extract and l-theanine are missing – these would enhance Phenocal’s potential in burning fat.
All in all, due to a proprietary blend, we can’t recommend this product. In our opinion, it’s not worth trusting a manufacturer that is hiding important information from you.
What About Exipure?
Exipure provides you with the following ingredients, according to the website:
- Holy Basil
- White Korean Ginseng
- Amur Cork Bark
The ingredients here are natural, which is a good thing. Some might aid weight loss to some extent, such as Quercetin. But, here’s the problem; we haven’t been able to find the ingredient label anywhere on the official website.
In other words, there are no ingredient doses provided at all, and there is no proof that these are the actual ingredients that are in the formula.
Unfortunately, that looks like a massive red flag. The hype it’s been getting online is definitely not warranted.
If we had to choose, we’d go with Phenocal because it at least shows you some ingredient information. Still, it’s far from the best weight loss supplement we’ve seen.
Phenocal vs Exipure – Side Effects
Because of proprietary blends in both Phenocal and Exipure, there is no information on their safety. With a little research, you can find a better and safer option on offer today.
Cost & Where to Buy?
You can purchase Exipure on its official website for the price of $59 for a one-month supply.
Phenocal, similarly, is available on the official website for $49.60 per jar. By purchasing one Phenocal jar, the manufacturer gives you a green tea extract supplement as a bonus.
However, both products are way too expensive for the value they provide.
If we had to choose between Phenocal and Exipure, we’d go with Phenocal.
That is simply because it has some ingredient doses provided, while Exipure has no information on its ingredient doses at all, and there is no ingredient label anywhere to be found on the official website. That makes you question the supplement’s safety and efficacy.
Exipure looks way too sketchy and makes us question the manufacturer’s motives.
All in all, neither Phenocal nor Exipure is likely to leave you delighted with their weight loss results. There are more comprehensive, and more transparent fat burners on the market today – without question.
